Inspections – Occupancy and Exterior/Interior
Any REO situation should start with an examination of the property, and GNP Realty Partners can provide a wide array of inspections. For instance, owners finding themselves dealing with an REO should immediately schedule an occupancy inspection. Though the previous owner may seem to have abandoned the property, the foreclosure of a unit can bring out problematic behavior. Properly verifying vacancy facilitates further owner action.
