Rudy Banducci, Executive Vice President of Property Management, oversees all facets of the firm’s commercial portfolio, including financial performance, client relations, project management and leasing. He also supports organizational team building, helping to ensure service excellence from GNP team members.
Rudy brings 30 years of commercial development and asset management know-how to GNP Realty and extensive commercial property management and leasing experience in the Chicago downtown and suburban markets, including for high-profile properties on Chicago’s Magnificent Mile.
Before joining GNP in 2023, Rudy served as vice president of a downtown property management firm, overseeing 750,000 square feet of landmarked office building and retail space. Throughout his career, he honed his business development, relationship management and facility management skills, including budgeting, marketing, sales, customer relations, negotiation and deal closure. He applies these and other asset management expertise to GNP client-owned properties to ensure their highest and best use and to return better bottom lines for retail and office clients.
Rudy holds a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice and business administration from the University of Illinois and studied law at John Marshall School of Law.
