Nick Morrissey is Vice President of Facilities Management. In this role, he oversees the day-to-day operations and organization of GNP’s commercial portfolio, including responding to tenant inquiries, assisting with lease agreements, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the property is appropriately maintained and adheres to all safety regulations. In addition, he serves as General Manager for the “REALTOR® Building,” a Class-A office building on Chicago’s North Michigan Ave.
Drawing on his leadership skills and team player approach honed from his past work organizing and advocating for union workers, Nick works diligently to achieve property owner goals and maximize efficiency across all management aspects while maintaining a positive and professional relationship with tenants and vendors. His extensive experience working with people to find win-win outcomes and excellent communication skills are invaluable assets in balancing the needs and interests of all property stakeholders.
Previously, Nick served as GNP’s Vice President for Property Management, overseeing a mix of residential and commercial properties. He joined GNP in 2022 as an Assistant Property Manager.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts in communications from Northern Illinois University, graduating cum laude. He is an Illinois-licensed real estate broker.
