- Support client’s negotiation of TI (tenant improvement) lease terms
- Project management, construction management, and general contracting services––from initial concept through occupancy
- Onboard project team––from architects to engineers to subcontractors––and manage project team through the project lifecycle
- Assist client with overall design direction, spatial planning, and desired hybrid floor plan to align with their business operations (legal services)
- Assist with IT, security, cabling, and AV design
- Relocation and move of the client
- Collaboration with the landlord’s property manager and engineers to minimize construction-related disruption for other tenants and ensure a smooth project delivery
