Rosi Rosas, Executive Vice President/Controller, oversees the financial management of the GNP family of companies, implementing internal controls to ensure financial operations productivity and accuracy. Rosi brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills to her role, streamlining processes and increasing efficiencies to ensure client satisfaction and cost management.
Rosi joined GNP Realty Partners in 2009 as a Property Accountant, performing all day-to-day financial management duties for GNP’s portfolio of commercial and residential properties. Since then, she has advanced within the organization, taking on new roles and responsibilities, including overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash disbursements, payroll and bank reconciliation functions.
Rosi supervises a skilled accounting and financial management team to achieve established objectives. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Robert Morris University in Chicago (now Roosevelt University).
